Your First Visit to Our Bismarck Practice

Dr. Joel Roloff, Bismarck Chiropractor

New patients often remark how “homey” our office is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.

Make Yourself at Home

You’ll find plenty of convenient parking and a well-lit parking lot. You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our office and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.

The New Patient Personal Assistant Amy will answer all of your questions, assist you in completing our New Patient Entrance Form, give you a tour of the clinic, introduce you to other TEAM members, and genuinely make you feel at home and at ease.

We Explain Everything First

You will then meet with the doctor for their initial consultation. During this time, your history will be discussed and a thorough Chiropractic, orthopedic and neurological examination will be completed. If any special tests are necessary, such as X-rays, they will also be performed at this time. The patient will then be instructed on what to do at home that night while the doctor spends extra time reviewing the case, studying their x-rays, and developing an appropriate treatment plan. Typical initial consultations/examinations last roughly 45 minutes.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr Joel Asks some important questions of interest to Bismarck residents - Chiropractor Bismarck Dr Joel Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Can a chiropractor heal?
There's never been a case in which a doctor (chiropractor or otherwise) has formed scar tissue, mended a broken bone or cured a headache. Only you can do that. Turns out you're the doctor! All I do is help remove interferences to your body's healing ability. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
