New Patients at Adjust Life
Your Health Is Our Priority
You’re not just another appointment at Adjust Life. Chiropractors Dr. Joel Roloff and Dr. Paul Guptill welcome patients to the practice who haven’t found relief elsewhere. Whether you’re dealing with a stubborn injury, chronic discomfort, or want to move better, we work to figure out what’s really going on so you can get back to what you love.
Preparing for Your Appointment
As a new patient, feel free to print and complete new patient forms from the website ahead of time. Bring any imaging reports, X-rays, or records from doctors, and videos of your sport or training.
We’re ready to get to the root cause of your health concerns, so be sure to arrive ready to talk with the chiropractor; we’ll guide you through the rest.
First Visit: Getting to the Root Cause
Your first visit is 45 minutes and centers on understanding your health history and your current concerns. One of the chiropractors will review your history and what you’ve tried, and then they will perform a movement assessment to see how your body works and where breakdowns occur.
This isn’t a quick exam and standard adjustment; it’s a close look at the source of your problem. You’ll be treated on that first visit, so you leave with relief and feel heard.
Second Visit: Your Custom Game Plan
On your second visit, we review our findings and make sure you understand what is occurring in your body to cause you discomfort. You’ll be adjusted again and given a personalized rehab plan—similar to a physical therapy session—with specific exercises tailored to you.
You’ll also have access to our YouTube channel to review movements on your own time in the comfort of your home. You leave with expectations for recovery and an at-home plan you can follow.
